Tim started working in recruitment in 1995 following a successful career in banking. On a salaried basis he was a a recruiter, a manager of recruiters, in charge of hiring recruiters and then responsible for training recruiters. After achieving many awards and prizes he set up his own business in 2007, and has focused on Human Resources and learning & development as well as recruitment. He lived and worked in Canada for over five years. In terms of qualifications he has a Level 7 CIPD and also a degree in Human Resources Management.
